Running with kids

I went for a jog with my son and his neighborhood buddies yesterday afternoon, since it was their last day of school. They rode their bikes. I only did a mile, cause of course they wanted to stop at each others’ homes, but at least I got some running in. The good part of it was that I had to really run fast to keep up with their biking.

Today I plan to run 4-5 miles. I’m not feeling great, what with aunt flow coming to visit, but running always makes me feel better. Just have to push myself to do it today.

This week I have run the following:

Sunday = 2 miles

Monday = 4 miles

Tuesday = 3.25 miles

Wed = 3 miles

Thurs = 1 mile

so it’s been 13.25 files. Not the 20 I wanted. So I have to do 7 more between today/tomorrow. I’m gonna go for 5 today:-)
