My Story.

My
Why
(Por qué)

I am a proud Latina immigrant and entrepreneur. The daughter of a Cuban political prisoner, I have a deep love and appreciation for this country as well as my cultura. My parents sacrificed everything to give me the chance of a real future and I am their dreams come to fruition. I want to bring opportunity and growth to my gente and being a growth hacking marketer has given me an avenue to do just that while delivering measurable results to brands who want to reach diverse communities.

As a digital marketer, I connect brands to Latino consumers. For years, I would see just how important we are as a consumer segment. We lead in just about EVERY market.

However, we are incredibly fragmented which leads to inefficiencies in how we access resources and opportunities as well as how we step up to support each other in the professional community.

I knew I had to be part of the solution. I wanted use my talents and connections to fix some of those inefficiencies.

I also know that many brands have been trying to figure out how to genuinely connect with Latinx consumers.

So I created the LatinaMeetup community to do just that.

Then the pandemic hit and I had to pivot from holding in-person events, which were a big part of my mission with LatinaMeetup, which is to CELEBRATE, ELEVATE and CONNECT Latina professionals in an effort to increase wealth and influence as a community.

I immediately saw an opportunity with the explosion of social audio and built the AMIGOS community which rapidly grew to over 33,000 members in less than 6 months.

We hosted virtual networking events, resource events with the US Hispanic Chamber, Book Author launches, TEDx events, Dolores Huerta and much more!

If you represent a brand who wants to reach Latinx consumers while highlighting ways you can serve Latinos, then let’s create magic together!

HOLA!
